Rare Fiestaware 2000 Plate in Juniper with Snowflake Decal Pattern. Given away during the 2000 Employee Salaried Luncheon. The plate features a decal of the signature of Jonathan O Perry, the art director at Homer Laughlin during their reintroduction of the Fiesta line and who had passed away earlier that year.
