Shipping Processing Time:

All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business day of receipt. Orders are typically not processed or shipped on holidays. Once your order has shipped, you can expect delivery in approximately 4-6 business days for standard group shipping. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, time of year, and weather.

Shipping Rates:

All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Rates are calculated by order weight and shipping postal code. Please note: Ordering a larger item (typically over 12") will place an item into the oversized category. This will increase shipping rates.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email which will contain your tracking number once your order has shipped. This tracking number may not update for 24 hours, depending upon the shipping carrier's turnaround. 

Incorrect Shipping Address: 

While we make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided, we cannot adjust a shipping address once your order is placed. Please verify and correct your shipping address PRIOR to placing your order.  

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

Colorful Cupboard: Keeping It Real Collectables is not responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping at the customer's sole responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, duty, etc).
