Maverick Menagerie Duck in Sapphire by China Specialties.
I found these in my storage unit, and they are the older style Harlequin Mavericks
I am guessing the color is Sapphire.
China Specialties makes pie birds, and Maverick Menagerie, the animals that look like the Harlequin Animals.
